The DIYer
(Walk & Talk Consultation)
$125/hour
The DIYer is designed to provide you with all of the expert advice and guidance you need to do the heavy lifting yourself! From curb appeal to interior style, balance and proportions, we will walk and talk through your whole home.
This package is for 1+ hours and will include the following:
Detailed Staging Report including photos and a room by room staging plan
10+ page Staging Guide with room by room staging tips
Open House Checklist
Organizational Strategies
Half Day Staging Package
$75-$125/hour*
During our half day mini makeover we will work side by side to arrange the furnishings you already own and configure them to emphasis the beauty and character of your home. This service can take up to 4 hours. We will work with space and flow, lighting, texture and patterns to create the airy, welcoming and sought-after home your buyer is looking for.
We begin staging in the main living areas and will work though the house as time allows. If needed, we can photograph the rooms for you.
Modified Consultation required - $75
*Price range will be determined on a house by house basis. Varies based on sellers involvement and staff required on staging day.
Full Day
Staging Package
$75-125/hour*
Our full day premium staging package can take up to 7 hours in the home. Over the course of the 7 hours we will work side by side with you to create a home with balance, proper space and flow, organization and emotion connection points. When buyers can see themselves and those they love in your home, they will want to BUY your home! Let’s get to work!
